Q. Why did I receive a message stating my order has been cancelled since my credit card declined?
A. If your credit card declines for any reason, (insufficient funds, typo, etc.), you will get an email notification or a phone call. Any order with an invalid credit card number or with inaccurate information will cause your order to be delayed or cancelled. It’s also a good idea to check with your bank and make sure your card allows internet transactions or does not have special restrictions.
