Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. To check the status of your order, simply log into your account and view your order. Items labeled as “on order” mean they are not in stock. If part is not in stock or is not stocked at our local Chrysler distribution center, it typically takes 4 - 8 days for us to get parts. Your initial email confirmation will also give you item status. Unless you specify you’d like to have the parts that are in stock on a multiple item order shipped first, we’ll wait until ALL parts are in stock to ship. Specify differently in the customer comments section. NOTE: Items shipped separately will have added shipping charges. If an item is on back order (not available in the US), we'll update the status of your order with a message stating this and we'll try to provide the best ETA we can. Please check the status of your order for updates.
